DR Long Bone Full Stitching Software This software is designed for panoramic imaging of full lower extremities and full spine under weight-bearing positions. Its core workflow includes segmented acquisition, automatic alignment, seamless fusion and full-length measurement. It falls into two categories: original manufacturer dedicated software and universal third-party software, compatible with DR systems of various brands to meet different budget requirements. I. Mainstream Original Manufacturer Software (Optimized for the brand’s own DR systems with high precision and seamless integration) 1. Carestream | LLI Long Bone Stitching (DRX-1 / DRX-Revolution) Core Technology: X-ray tube swing plus detector tracking. It automatically captures 2 to 5 images with one positioning, free from parallax errors.Functions: Weight-bearing imaging of full lower extremities and full spine, automatic stitching, Cobb angle, hip-knee-ankle angle measurement, and scale embedding.Compatibility: All Carestream DR models. Operated directly on the console with no additional workstation required. 2. Siemens | Syngo MultiModality / Ysio Max Core Technology: Fully automatic linkage between X-ray tube and detector; automatic stitching of 3 images with accurate presentation under weight-bearing conditions.Functions: Full spine imaging (Cobb angle measurement), lower limb force line assessment, limb length discrepancy calculation, and DICOM transmission to PACS.Compatibility: Overhead DR systems including Ysio Max and Multix Fusion. 3. Canon | CXDI Control Software NE (LLS-1) Core Technology: One-shot long-field imaging without segmented acquisition, which reduces motion artifacts.Functions: One-click imaging for full lower extremities and full spine, automatic density equalization and seamless fusion. Compatible with wireless flat-panel detectors.Compatibility: Canon CXDI series (70C/80C/501C). Retrofittable for standard DR units. 4. Shimadzu | RADspeed Pro Automatic Stitching Core Technology: Segmented acquisition and automatic alignment, delivering high-resolution images with smooth joints.Functions: Full spine and lower extremity imaging, length and angle measurement, and low-dose imaging.Compatibility: Shimadzu RADspeed Pro series DR systems. II. Universal Third-Party Software (Compatible with all DR brands with high cost performance) 1. Jinmayangming | Automatic Image Stitching System (JinPACS) Core Technology: AI feature point matching for stitching 2 to 5 images. Compatible with DR, CR and PACS systems.Functions: Full spine and full lower extremity imaging, automatic correction, one-second stitching, DICOM output and built-in report templates.Compatibility: DR systems of Carestream, Canon, Varex, United Imaging and other brands. Installable on standard PCs. 2. Radlink DR Pro | Long Bone Stitching (Imported) Core Technology: Sub-pixel alignment and multi-band fusion for artifact-free joints and accurate weight-bearing imaging.Functions: Full-length lower extremity imaging, scoliosis evaluation, force line measurement, limb length analysis and PACS integration.Compatibility: Flat-panel detectors of all brands, supporting both wired and wireless connections. 3. United Imaging UAI | AI Long Bone Measurement Software Core Technology: Two-stage positioning based on deep learning to automatically identify anatomical landmarks.Functions: Mechanical Axis Deviation (MAD) and Femur Length (FL) measurement. The limb length measurement error is within 0.45 cm.Compatibility: All United Imaging DR models; also adaptable to third-party DR equipment.
